Open: 7p.m. to 11p.m.  The St. Petersburg Jazz Philharmonic Hall was opened in 1989 in order to promote jazz as serious and highly spiritual music. The St. Petersburg Jazz Hall is among the best clubs of the world. Here one can enjoy the best music of different kinds of jazz: from blues to modern jazz performance. Concerts are held in two halls: the bigger hall of Jazz Philharmonic Hall and the smaller Ellington hall.

"JFC" - Jazz Club

Open: 7p.m. to 11p.m.  Opened as the New Jazz Club in Tavrichesky Gardens in 1994, JFC Jazz Club became the second jazz venue in the city - after the more staid, city-sponsored Jazz Philharmonic Hall. JFC is one of the most happening place, despite, or perhaps thanks to, its limited capacity (50 seats, but around 100 fans pack the place on hotter nights)."The main idea is that the place is a true music club; musicians feel at home here, they don't come to work. They come to talk and exchange their experiences between themselves."
